Home Studies
by Appointment Only
A home study is used in child custody cases and is typically performed by county personnel. If the home study is not in your favor, you may hire someone to perform this study. We are available to serve you.
WITNESS PREPARATION
We offer assistance in preparing for court in family law, criminal cases (defense) and civil cases. Court can be stressful and emotional. We can assist in helping you mentally preparing for these events. We have tools that can aid in refining calm, managing anxiety and addressing any fears pertaining to court or the details of this.
CUSTODY EVALUATION
The Custody Evaluation is created in the best interest of the child/children from an individualized, humanistic and psychological perspective. This evaluation considers the custody agreement and visitation schedule that prioritizes the child/children’s mental health and safety while also considering what is in the best interest of the child/children. It is crucial that both parents feel included and part of this process.
